I've mentioned in previous postings about taking an online course with Christy Tomlinson called She Art.  On February 21, I did a posting I titled "A Productive Day", where I showed my beginning canvases that I was working on.  Well, I'm still not quite finished but I spent part of yesterday working on them again and this is where I am now...

Keep in mind these are my very first and it's kind of like a live and learn experience.  You'll see "goofs" in each one (you really will!), but that's OK because like I said earlier I'm not finished with them yet.  I'm hoping to show you the completed girls in another day or so.

Mr. Cottage just looks at them and says that he doesn't get it.  He's use to paintings hanging on walls, not girls on canvases.  I just told him that mixed media is really big now and they are hanging on walls around our country.  Just trust me on this, Mr. Cottage!
