We are all students. The moment we believe we have 'arrived,' we're in trouble.
Brenda Behr
Every time someone in our Fly Tribe mentions about taking another class or workshop or mentions about a new class that's about to start up, a chain reaction takes place and next thing you know, several more of us members have signed up for yet another e-course. I've decided that with all of us in one form of art or another, whenever this happens, it's like a contagious disease that spreads through our group.
So the other day, one of the girls by the name of Jill, happened to mention that there's going to be another e-course. She had already taken Soul Restoration as an e-course by Melody Ross and now Melody Ross was offering Brave Girl Art School. If you're not familiar with the Brave Girl's Club website, then you're in for a treat.
I was first introduced to Melody Ross over a year ago ago when I took Flying Lessons with Kelly Rae Roberts. She had quite a lengthy interview with Melody Ross and I was hooked with Brave Girl's Club ever since. She has gone through so much and come through it all and started up Brave Girl's Club with her sister. You can read more about Melody Ross, her sister and how the Brave Girl's Club got started right here.
I tried my best to ignore what Jill had written and all the responses to it. But then today I read Janet's blog posting on her blog, Tattered 'n Worn (which I try to do every day) and in reading it, I saw she had a direct link to the Art School...
Art, at least for me, is still very much an ongoing and learning experience because I haven't found my style yet, or branding, as it is called. I think that's why I'm still playing around with different styles, but I've zeroed into watercolors and acrylics as my favorite mediums.
If you look at the top of my blog and click on Featured, you'll see a couple of my birdies that I submitted to The Brave Girl's Club.
So what do you say?? Take a peek and maybe you'll be inspired to join some of us. You don't have to be an artist. This is for anyone. Click on my link above for the art school and you can watch the videos. The class is $99, but if you sign up by July 31 you can take it for $75. There's six weeks of great learning from Melody Ross that you won't regret.

Hey, girl! Thanks for the shout out and link! AND for not being mad at me! Ha! It's nice to have company in my crazy world!
