A Time For Mourning and A Time For Change

"There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are messengers of overwhelming grief...and of unspeakable love."
                                                                      ~Washington Irving

I just have to share this for those of you who haven't yet read this letter.  Some of you may have seen this on the news, but this is the actual letter which goes into a lot more detail.
"I Am Adam Lanza's is a letter written by a mother of a 13 year old son who has mental illness.  I really encourage you to click on this link and read this letter in it's entirety.

I really think, and hope, that this tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School will have a positive impact on our country, both in treating the mentally ill and in better forms of gun control, especially in trying to keep them out of the wrong hands.  Let's pray that these 26 deaths will not have been in vain and that some good will come out of this horrendous act of evil...
