I really meant to share some of my art retreat with everyone by now, but Mr. Cottage and I have been so busy getting the house ready to sell, that my blogging had to be put aside for a short time.  Needless to say, our house officially went on the MLS yesterday and I can now give a slight sigh of relief.

While I was in Lake Geneva, I took two other workshops.  One was with Mary Sterk, where we used a photo of ourselves in putting together some mixed media...

I knew I wasn't going to finish this in time so I used some of Mary's dragonfly stamps to put on the edges of my canvas...

This is as far as I was able to get before our time ran out.  I promise I'll show you everything once I finish it...
