Hungarian Gypsy, Blogtoberfest Day 23

I travel not to go anywhere, but to go.  I travel for travel's sake.  The great affair is to move.

Within 24 hours of returning home from Boston, guess who had a scratchy throat?  Yup, you guessed right.  So for the past couple of days I haven't felt up to blogging.  I'm trying to lay low (easier said, than done) and get a bit of rest.  So I'm just going to share some photos I've taken over the past few years of places I've been to.  I know I've mentioned before that I'm Hungarian and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if I had a bit of gypsy in me.  Both my parents were Hungarian and they LOVED to travel, and needless to say, if given the opportunity I'll pack up and go most anywhere.

My first trip to California from Michigan...

Washington DC...

Sedona, Arizona...

San Diego...

Grand Cayman Island...

St. Croix, Virgin Islands...

Disneyland and Walt Disney World...

New York City...

Grand Central Station...

The Today Show...

Fort Worth and Dallas, TX...

Tokyo, Japan...

Key West, FL...

So, are you a traveler or a stay-at-home person?

  2. That first photo looked just like the ones from my childhood. Did everyone in the Midwest go to California with a luggage carrier on top of their car.
