So by now you know that Pentwater, MI is one of our favorite locations in the state of Michigan...

Unknown to me, Mr. Cottage made reservations for us back in April for us to stay at the Pentwater Abbey Bed and Breakfast...

We had walked by this place many times over the years and now I was finally going to see the inside.  This is a photo of the bedroom.  The mattress and bedding were wonderful...

We had our own private bath with a claw foot tub...

And a gorgeous bath vanity and mirror...

Because it was located in the center of town we walked everywhere and didn't need our vehicle until we left on Sunday...

Remember, it's our little secret...

By the way, I hemmed and hawed about joining BlogtoberFest 2013 this year.  Between the moving, updating and traveling, I finally decided to do this, even though I'm one day late.  So I'll be joining my friends (you'll find the link to their blogs on the right side of my blog), and from this point on I'm going to do my utmost to post everyday until the end of October.
