I can't remember if I told you that when we walked into our condo for the very first time, we both commented how move in ready it was.  And it was move in ready, it just needed some updating.  Mr. Cottage said I waited until we signed the papers before I mentioned "updating", but he's just exaggerating a tiny bit.  I've been working on the main level and I'm still not finished with all of it.  But for the most part, the bathroom is finished.  Here's a few before photos...
