May Flower Challenge - Day 20, Lilies of the Valley

We have lots of Lilies of the Valley at our Red Painted Cottage...  

We have an area near our gazebo that is overflowing with Lilies of the Valley. The previous owners of our cottage had put in decking to set the gazebo on. It looks great, but every now and then you see leaves and flowers coming up between the slabs of wood...

This time of the year they look so pretty.  Can't you almost smell them?

After thoroughly cleaning the inside of the cottage I took a break and played around in my journal.  I had just checked a book out of the library called Zenspirations by Joanne Fink.  Through Pinterest, I became very familiar with Zentangles and Doodling.  For now, you can find some of the zentangles either under Art Journals or Creative Art Ideas in my boards.  I still need to set up a board for these.  I just love how they look and it really is a form of doodling.  This is what I played around with today...
