Art at the Cottage

Mr. Cottage and I love spending our time at the cottage.  We just happened to find it and next thing I knew we were signing papers to become it's owners.  When we first bought it, we were bringing lots of old "things" from our house to the cottage, but over time we've been slowly replacing those "things" with what we really love.  Here's a peek at some of our "art" at the cottage.  Found this old dress for just a couple of dollars right after we bought our cottage...

We got the totem pole while in Alaska last summer and we had the owl print for ages...

We got this buffalo years before we ever had this cottage...

Yes, hanging wrought iron pans add to the look...

We found these in the basement of an old antique store shortly after buying the cottage...

I found this sign, but it only came in black so I had to add my touch to it...

There's actually a light bulb behind the trees...

We found this old paddle at a flea market and then I painted and distressed it.  I love how it turned out...
