A Perfect Evening

You couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening yesterday.  I heard them announce on the television that the sun wouldn't set until approximately 9:30 p.m.  After dinner, Mr. Cottage and I took a ride in the boat.  I decided not to take my good camera and used my phone camera instead.  This is the lake our cottage is on...

We're on a chain of lakes that are connected through narrow channels.  This is one of the channels...

This is another lake which is quite small.  Because of it's size, it's usually very calm and peaceful...  

As we head back to our lake and go through the channel again, I just love listening to the sounds of nature and to see what birds, turtles and fish we might see...

I love the sun and it's reflection on the lake...
