Cooking Without Dishes and No Cleaning!

I mentioned how we met a couple from the state of Maine and took them with us to the Christmas boat parade a few nights ago.  Sheri has a real passion for cooking; so much so that she wanted to prepare an entire dinner for our happy hour group last evening.  Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a fabulous dinner and great conversations.  We had our dinner under the pavilion, which is a large covered open area where Richard and Sheri could grill our dinner.  Sheri's family has owned Lee's Family Trailer for more than 30 years.  This summer, Sheri came up with a way of cooking and decided to share this on their website.   This is one of the recipes she made for us...

She prepared Shepard's Pie, Chicken Alfredo and a dessert with strawberries, Mandarin oranges and mango flavoring.  Everything was so good!
