Honey-Soy Glazed Salmon

“One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating.”
                                                                 - Luciano Pavarotti

Mr. Cottage and I love to eat fish.  One that we particularly enjoy is salmon because there are so many ways to prepare it.  This is a really simple recipe I discovered and it's always a "go to" whenever I want an easy dinner to prepare...

HONEY-SOY GLAZED SALMON

1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 pieces of skinless salmon fillet
salt and pepper to taste

Heat broiler.  In a small bowl, combine the honey and soy sauce.

Place the salmon on a foil-lined broiler-proof baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.  Broil for 5 minutes.  Spoon the honey-soy mixture onto the salmon and continue to broil for a couple more minutes.

Combine the honey and soy sauce...

And mix until well blended...

Place the salmon on a foil-lined pan...

After broiling for about 5 minutes, spoon or brush the honey-soy mixture onto the salmon...

Continue to broil for a few minutes more...

You can't get anything easier and as tasty as this.  If you love salmon, I guarantee you'll love trying this recipe.
