I know I haven't written a posting in a while but there's really nothing exciting to say about unpacking and putting everything away. Needless to say, we are finally settled in. I've been waiting for today for weeks. Molly desperately needed a really good grooming...
In the eight winters that we've spent in Florida, we never found any groomers who we liked as well as the groomer back home in Michigan. This winter we only had Molly groomed once so I tried trimming the hair around her eyes a few times to get us by until we got home...
I made her appointment with our groomer weeks ago and today was Molly's Fluff and Puff day...
She's now white as snow...
And I can see her eyes and she can see me...
Mr. Cottage was on our desktop and Molly went into the room with him and onto a comfy chair. Don't you love how she positioned the throw pillow for her to lay on...
I was also thrilled about today, because I went and had my hair cut, colored, highlighted and styled by Shari. Shari has her own salon in the basement of her house and does hair only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Not only is she great, but she's affordable! I spent less with Shari today than I did for just a hair color and style in Florida.
Anyways, you'll want to see my posting for tomorrow. Mr. Cottage and I saw something from the back window of our house today that we have NEVER seen in all the years we've lived in this house. WOW, what could it be?
