May Flower Challenge - Day 13, Happy Mother's Day

Mr. Cottage and I have been blessed with three wonderful grandchildren.  Our eldest son and his family live in Virginia, so we don't see each other on a weekly basis like families that live closer to one another.  Yesterday I received a package in the mail from them for Mother's Day...

You know I'm doing the May Flower Challenge with Lori Moon for this month and I've been showing many of the flowers in our garden, but I think these are the best flowers ever!!  How colorful and precious.  These words rang so true for me...

I just can't believe how fast they are growing up.  Sophia will be 9 years old next month and Adriel will be 6 in July.  Both of them were just in a wedding for my daughter-in-law's sister only a couple of weeks ago.  Sophia is on the left, Adriel is in the middle and their cousin, Marcus is on the right...

It seems just like yesterday when I remember them being so much younger.  Here they are with my mother shortly after Adriel was born...
